PACIUGO in Plano is one of a dozen Italian gelato shops designed by this firm in Texas starting in 2001. Each location reflects a strong sense of industrial materials, Italian Craftsmanship, and a progressive visual ethos. Given the unique characteristics of each location, a corporate identity was established with exposed concrete floors, plenty of stainless steel, glass tile, high quality mechanical equipment and millwork, and an abundance of white surfaces reflecting the brightness. Black was used as an accent color.
